Can I fully customize my shed?

Yes – and there is no extra charge other than the option costs to have your shed built custom! Choose from 30+ color combinations, dozens of door/window styles, ramps, lofts, insulation, electrical packages, porches, extra vents, workbenches, flower boxes, and more.

How long does it take to get a custom shed?

In-stock sheds: Delivery time may vary but usually within 10-14 days from the order date. (faster in off-season, sometimes longer in spring)

Custom orders: Delivery time may vary but usually 2-3 weeks (faster in off-season, sometimes longer in spring)

Do you have sheds I can see in person?

Yes! Every location has showcase models on site that you can walk through 7 days a week.

Can I finance or do rent-to-own with no credit check?

Absolutely. We offer:

  • $0 Down Financing
  • Rent-to-own with no credit check required

Are there hidden fees or delivery charges?

No. Delivery is free within our normal service area. The price you’re quoted is the price you pay (except sales tax and permits if required).

Do you offer discounts?

Yes – we proudly discount for Military (active/veteran), First Responders, Nurses/Healthcare Workers, Teachers, Seniors 62+, Law Enforcement, and Firefighters. Just mention it when you order.

What do I need to do to prepare my yard?

Most customers prepare a level site themselves, and we strongly recommend a gravel pad, concrete slab, or block foundation that extends at least 1 foot wider and longer than the shed on all sides. We also offer a professional on-site leveling service at delivery: our crew will perfectly level your shed using concrete paver blocks and pressure-treated shims for a modest additional charge. Just let us know when you order!

How much room do you need to deliver?

We need a path at least 2 ft wider than the shed and no low wires/branches under 13 ft 6 in. Our shed Mule can navigate tight turns and moderate hills with these space requirements.

Can you deliver if my yard is fenced or has tight access?

Our buildings are delivered pre-built and can not be lifted over a fence. We prefer a path that is 2 ft wider than the shed. We can navigate tight access in many cases if there is slightly less than 2 ft.

Will you damage my grass?

When using our shed mule, we will be driving through the yard and tire tracks will be visible but we can generally avoid creating ruts and damage to the yard. Most customers say they can’t even tell we were there. Every yard is different and weather can play a role.

Do you level the shed?

Yes – we do offer leveling kits at an additional, modest charge. A level shed is important for structural integrity and ensuring all doors and windows function properly.

Do I need a permit?

Depends on your township and shed size. Ask rep for details.

Will this work with my HOA?

Most HOAs love our sheds because they look like small barns/houses. We’re happy to supply color samples and drawings for approval.

Can I move the shed later?

Yes – sheds are built on pressure-treated 4×4 skids and can be re-lifted and relocated with a Mule. Contact us at 888-857-3703 to get a custom quote on a shed move.

Can I finish the inside myself (electricity, insulation, drywall)?

Absolutely. Many customers turn them into workshops, offices, gyms, and she-sheds.
